From an intro lesson to a private session, you can choose what suits you best! Lessons happenin Dul Laoghaire (INSS).

Lessons are non refundable but are valid for a whole year from the date of the purchase and can be passed on to someone else.
All the necessary gear will be given to you and therefore you only need to bring a swimsuit, a towel, some suncream (yes, even if it's Ireland) and your biggest smile!! If you have your own wetsuit you can bring it.
